Fees
Courier (non-rural) is a flat rate of $6 or FREE when you spend over $60.
Courier (rural) is a flat rate of $8 or FREE when you spend over $80.
All orders are tracked.
Estimated Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, you will receive a tracking number once your items have been picked up by a courier.
Orders are delivered by Courier Post and target delivery is the next working day for all main centres.
Rural delivery targeted for 2-3 working days.

Lost/Damaged Items
The external condition of our products is checked prior to dispatch. If your items are
lost in transit or arrive damaged or defective please contact us immediately.
Claims must be made within 14 days of the items being dispatched and any damaged or defective
items must be retained.
Returns and Cancellations
We cannot offer refunds on e-liquids due to product safety and hygiene reasons. If you require
cancellation and refund of an order that has not yet been dispatched please contact us immediately.
Packing Errors
In the rare event you receive any incorrect items in your order please contact us immediately.
You will need to return any incorrect items via courier, please retain the receipt.
Once we have received the incorrect items you will be refunded for the courier fees, and the correct items will be resent.
Refund will be issued (on request) if you no longer want the items.
